Research

To ensure a right match, we will discuss with our client on the job descriptions, relevant inf-ormation and remuneration package related to the job in order to have overall understand-ing on the corporate culture, businesses philosophy and strategies.

An initial research will be undertaken before to get overall market information to facilitate the search.

Target List

We will identify target companies and recognize sources of candidates, Focus will then be on the names and background of potential candidates through the use of our networks.

All the identified individuals are approached in strict confidence and professional manner. Candidates are assessed in term of experience, personality, qualification, suitability and so on.

Interview and assessing

The objective is to promote the company of our client while at the same time. The short list-ed candidates are thoroughly interviewed to get in-depth understanding on their capabiliti-es, achievements and potentiality.

Shortlist

No less than 3 qualified candidates for each position will be presented with our comments to client for consideration for interview.

Client Interview

Assist client to arrange interviews as per the respective party's schedules. Communicate with client about the interview result to determine whether take the second round.

References

It is our practice to contact directly with the counterparts, direct report on human resources department of successful candidate (confirmed employment) to re-confirm on his/her perfor-mance on the job in the past. Our findings will then be summarized to our client for reference.

Advisory Hiring

We will provide professional advice on the total compensation package, if necessary, to be offered and convey the package to the candidate on behalf of our client. We may need to provide coaching to the candidate or to tackle any potential difficulties that the candidate may be encountering while tendering the resignation with his/her employer.

Follow Up Service

Necessary consultation and coaching will be provided to the candidates during the probat-ion in order to help him/her to adapt to the new environment.
